How do I enter or change my credit card information?
From the web: Visit My Vinli at my.vin.li and login to your account. Click your account name in the upper right corner and select “Edit Profile” and “Billing”. You can replace the card on file with a new card or delete the current card.
From the app: Tap the menu button on the bottom left corner and select your account name. Tap the “Billing Info” tab. You can replace the card on file with a new card or delete the current card you have on file.
For T-Mobile Account holders, you will manage your payment information under the WIFI settings. From the app, tap WIFI and then Purchase. Tap the "Manage My Subscription" button and follow the prompts to update your credit card.
How do I setup auto-pay for WiFi data?
Open your Vinli application on your smartphone and select “WIFI” at the bottom. From there you should select the “Purchase” icon at the top. Click it and toggle on “Auto Renew Data” to On to purchase another 500MB of data every time you get below 100MB.
To turn off the data auto renew, toggle the “Auto Renew Data” button to where it reads “Off”.
When will I be charged for Vinli Sync?
Vinli Sync is free for two years and $29.99/year thereafter. You will be charged 24 months after you create your account and will be notified before we charge your credit card.
Can I get a refund on data purchased?
Pre-paid rate plans are non-refundable.
