If you have received a replacement device through Vinli, you can transfer all the the data collected from your drives, to your new device.
Steps to perform a device replacement through the My Vinli App:
- Open the My Vinli application and select "Menu" at the bottom left corner
- Select the "My Devices" menu option, and and proceed to select Vinli device you want to replace.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Replace Device"
- Enter the seven digit case id located on the back of the Vinli device
- Proceed with confirming
Steps to perform a device replacement on a desktop through the My Vinli website:
- Select your device name in the top right corner, indicated by “Current Device”
- Select Edit to make changes to the device that is currently selected
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Replace”
- Enter your new case id to replace the device
