If you have received a replacement device through Vinli, you can transfer all the the data collected from your drives, to your new device.

Steps to perform a device replacement through the My Vinli App:

  • Open the My Vinli application and select "Menu" at the bottom left corner
  • Select the "My Devices" menu option, and and proceed to select Vinli device you want to replace.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Replace Device"
  • Enter the seven digit case id located on the back of the Vinli device 
  • Proceed with confirming

Steps to perform a device replacement on a desktop through the My Vinli website:

  • Select your device name in the top right corner, indicated by “Current Device”
  • Select Edit to make changes to the device that is currently selected
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Replace”
  • Enter your new case id to replace the device
