First, make sure your vehicle is turned on, you have purchased data, and your WiFi hotspot is on in your My Vinli app.

To turn on your hotspot, open your My Vinli app and select “WiFi” at the bottom of the screen. 

Select “Hotspot” to view settings and ensure that you toggled “WiFi Hotspot” on to access internet in your vehicle. If you are still having issues, please contact Vinli’s Member Experience team.
