If you are not completely satisfied with your Vinli experience, you can return the device within 30-days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure your Vinli is returned in its original condition.

Important information regarding returns:

  • Return labels are prepaid, so there is no need to worry about additional charges.
  • Vinli is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit during a return.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Return shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be issued after your device has been received and inspected by our team. Funds      may take 2-3 business days to reflect on your statement.
